Some of you may or may not agree with me, but I believe in the "Sh*t yourself skinny" thing.
Now, I'm not saying you should just sit on the toilet and poop all day or anything.
YOU STILL NEED TO EXERCISE.
YOU STILL NEED TO EXERCISE.
I'm just saying you should eat foods that help you get rid of the toxins in your body, and I'm saying eat things that help you go to the bathroom so that what you eat doesn't stay in your body long enough to become fat.
This is all just how I look at things, and my thought process after months of trying different things and months of research.
I have discovered that going to the bathroom to excrete the ungodly thing one calls poop, feces, whatever, helps with bloating. I also discovered (not from personal experience thank goodness) that if you keep these excrements in your body, they start to come out through the pores in your body making you smell like it. This also applies with consuming a lot of a certain foods for example us Japanese people (yes, I'm half Japanese) usually smell like fish... because we eat it so much and it stays in our system so long it starts to make its way through our pores. Just like my korean friend who always smells like kimchi... I'm not being racist, I'm just putting some examples out there and letting you know that the same thing happens when you keep poop in your system.
The foods I eat to help me get rid of these toxins are (this isn't all of it, just some of the recent ones I've been loving):
I eat the fiber one bar first thing in the morning before I go to the gym. I eat it for the sole purpose of having something light in my system to turn into energy while I workout. It's not a lot of calories, which is good. A banana in the morning works too for when you need a quick source of energy (just a note, they don't last very long as a source of energy). Also, it's very good to drink a cold glass/bottle of water first thing when you wake up to get your metabolism going. By putting something cold in your stomach, it tries to counteract it by generating heat which speeds up your metabolism! (:
On days I don't go to the gym and have more time in the morning, I eat oatmeal. I couldn't find the box but I usually buy the one that comes with three kinds in them. It's filling (for me at least) and it's low on calories. It's made of oats which helps get my system moving.
Another option for incorporating oats into your breakfast is putting multigrain cereal on your yogurt, and adding some honey! It's super delicious. If you don't have time to make it before you leave, or don't want to buy the ingredients separately, they sell the greek yogurt with honey and oats at starbucks (but it can get pretty pricey if you buy it every morning). OH! YOPLAIT SELLS THEM IN PAIRS, SO GO TO YOUR NEAREST SUPERMARKET! :D There's four flavors to choose from so have fun eating healthy! (I think other brands have their own versions of these, so maybe you can find them cheaper at your local store?)
This is what they look like:
So you're probably wondering about the almond slices I added to the photo.
Here's why they're there (Yes, I copied and pasted this information but I have read through them):
1) Almonds have an extremely high nutritive value since they contain copper, iron and vitamins and are used as a remedy for anemia.
2) Almonds are also beneficial in treatment of constipation since they increase the fiber content of the food as well.

3) Almonds contain monounsaturated fats and some polyunsaturated fats. They help lower the low-density lipoprotein (the bad cholesterol) while maintaining the high-density lipoproteins (good cholesterol levels).
4) Almonds contain Alpha-tocopherol, which is a major source of Vitamin E and is hence really great for healthy hair and skin (who wouldn't want that?).
5) Almonds also increase the blood flow to the vital organs.
6) Almonds provide nutrients that help to increase the bone mineral density, which helps to strengthen the skeletal system.

and much much more. But I can't keep adding on to this forever so basically the point is, it's really fucking amazing. SO EAT ALMONDS. IF YOU HATE THEM, GET OVER IT AND THINK OF THE GREAT RESULTS YOU'LL GET FROM EATING THEM. <33
Stay fit.
