When I started my diet, I downloaded an app called "My Fitness Pal." It's an app that counts your calories for you. When you first register you give it your current weight and your goal. It then tells you what your calorie limit for a day is in order for you to achieve your goal. Mine was 1200 kcal. For me and my eating habits, there were quite a few changes that had to be made. I knew that I wouldn't get all the vitamins I needed if I had to limit my calories to 1200kcal cause there's certain things I can't eat so in order to make up for it, I bought these multi-vitamins to help me obtain the vitamins I need everyday.
I take this with fish oil and bilberry (for my eyes) everyday.
